Install and configure version 1.0 of the integration for Salesforce

Depending on your organization's setup, install 8x8 Contact Center for Salesforce as needed:

• If your organization uses Single Sign-On, you can install 8x8 Contact Center for Salesforce in one of two ways:
  • Single Sign-On integration with Salesforce Classic
  • Single Sign-On integration with Salesforce Lightning
• If your organization uses Individual System Sign-On, install and set up Individual System Sign-On integration with Salesforce.
