Log In

You must be a supervisor in Virtual Contact Center tenant to log in to VCC Analytics — Real-Time Dashboard.

For stand-alone users:

  1. To log in, use the appropriate link based on your tenant location:
  2. At the prompt, enter your username and password.
    Your username is [email protected] (for example, [email protected]).
  3. Click Login.
    The Analytics application launches.

For Unified Login users:

  1. To log in, use the appropriate link based on your tenant location:
  2. At the prompt, enter your username and password.
    Your username is [email protected] (for example, [email protected]).
  3. Click Login.
    The Analytics application launches.

Know the Interface

When the application launches, you will see a navigation menu on the left and a data panel on the right. When you log in the first time, your data panel is empty. You are now ready to create your first dashboard.

On the left, you have two Navigation Menu items:
