When you log in to Account Manager for the first time, you see one or more phone extensions that are provisioned by the 8x8 provisioning team for your business. To see phone extensions, go to Phone Systems > View All Extensions. The Manage Extensions page opens up. The phone extensions are not assigned to any users or user profiles yet. You must create a user profile and then assign the profile to the extension. To learn how to create a user profile, click here.
