Manage users as an 8x8 Engage supervisor

As an 8x8 Engage supervisor, you can monitor user and queue performance using 8x8 Supervisor Workspace and 8x8 Mobile Supervisor. Supervisors can perform these actions:

• View queues assigned to an 8x8 Engage user
• View the number of 8x8 Engage users assigned to each queue
• Enable or disable an 8x8 Engage user from a queue
• Add an 8x8 Engage user as a favorite
• Change an 8x8 Engage user's status

Note: Currently, supervisors can change the queue status for agents, but can't change the actual agent status.
