I am unable to receive any calls.

  • Check your agent status. You must be in the Ready state to receive calls.
  • If your Virtual Office extension uses a softphone, you must log in to one of the following soft clients:
    • 8x8 Work for Desktop
    • 8x8 Work for Mobile

The screen pop feature does not work.

Check if your settings for showing contacts is turned on. For details, check out how to set up screen pop.
