Set up Phone for Calls
You can set up either a softphone or a desk phone from your agent profile in Agent Console to receive calls.
To set up your phone for integration calls:
- From the Menu drop-down, select Profile. The My Profile page displays.
- In the Personal settings section, enter either a phone number or SIP Phone URI.
- Click Make Verification Call to verify the phone number. You receive an incoming phone call notification.
- Make sure the phone number is in the right format (e.g., 1-408-555-0111) and click Save.
