Define Settings

Before you begin using Virtual Office for NetSuite, you can go to Menu > Settings from the app window to:

• Define custom call codes to indicate the outcome of each call.
• Import contacts from your NetSuite and company directories.
• Determine if you wish to preview contact records.
• Specify NetSuite objects to search.
