Set up a secondary-ring-source
When the Citrix optimization is activated, users can choose a specific speaker to play the calling sounds and incoming ringtones.
To set up a secondary ring source:
- Go to Settings
> Audio and video. - Under Incoming call, select a speaker from the Secondary ring source list to play the calling sounds and incoming ring tones.
Note: The speaker device may differ from the microphone device.
