Handle calls with Skype for Business

8x8 Microsoft Integration allows you to take advantage of your existing contact directory in Skype for Business while enjoying the call capabilities and quality of 8x8 Work for Desktop. When you dial out from Skype for Business using the integration, the call is made seamlessly through 8x8 Work.

Important: In order for 8x8 Microsoft Integration to function, ensure that you are using the appropriate plug-ins:
-Download version 6.0 of the plug-ins for meetings with Outlook and calling with Outlook .
