Transfer Calls

While on a call, you can transfer the call to a 8x8 Work extension or an external telephone number.

  1. While on a call, tap in the call management controls to transfer the call.
  2. Select a contact from the following choices:
    Company ContactSelect a company contact.
    Device ContactSelect a personal contact.
    KeypadDial a number and tap Call.
    Call LogSelect a contact from the call log.
  3. The call is transferred, and you are disconnected from the call.
