Start Meetings Now

You can instantly start a Virtual Office meeting on the 8x8 Work for Mobile.

To start a meeting immediately:

1. Tap to open the main menu.
2. From the main menu, select Meet Now.
   
   
3. A new Virtual Office meeting opens up.
   
   
4. Tap in the meeting interface to open the participants drop-down.
5. Tap Invite Participants or in the drop-down to start inviting participants.
   
6. Enter the names of the contacts you want to invite.
   
7. Tap Invite.

Additionally, on Android, you can invite participants from outside your PBX by tapping under to copy meeting details, and pasting from your clip tray into a message or an email.

The invited participant will receive the following meeting information:

• Meeting name
• Date and time
• Time zone
• Meeting link
• Dial-in number
• Meeting ID
