Get started with the 8x8 integration for Microsoft Dynamics
Once you have access to 8x8 Contact Center for Microsoft Dynamics, follow the checklist below in order to get started:
- Gather your credentials.
- Download the 8x8 installation package.
- Create a custom solution for 8x8 Contact Center and/or 8x8 Work users.
- Set up click-to-dial functionality (optional).
Gather your credentials
In order to use 8x8 Contact Center for Microsoft Dynamics, you need:
- Login access to Microsoft Dynamics account.
- Login access to an 8x8 Work extension and an 8x8 Contact Center agent account.
