Log in to 8x8 Work for Slack

You can access 8x8 Work for Slack features by logging in to 8x8 Work for Slack with your 8x8 Work credentials.

To log in to 8x8 Work for Slack:

1. Click here to open the 8x8 Work for Slack application. The 8x8 CRM Integration screen displays.
2. Enter your 8x8 Work credentials to access the features of 8x8 Work for Slack and click Login.
3. Click Settings .
4. Navigate to Integrations > Slack > Connect. The Slack screen requesting permission to access your Slack workspace displays.
5. Click Allow and close the Settings screen.
