Log In

Complete the following steps to log in to your integration.

To log in to Virtual Contact Center for ServiceNow:

  1. Log in to your integrated ServiceNow account. After you log in, the Virtual Contact Center Agent Console displays (and hovers) in a separate window.

    If you are on Chrome and do not see Agent Console, verify whether you have configured Chrome for the integration.
  2. Enter your Virtual Contact Center user ID and password in the relevant fields in Agent Console. You are now logged in to Agent Console and placed in the On Break status.

    Note: Multiple invalid login attempts may lock you out of your console. Contact your admin to get access and for any additional support.

    You can change your status to either Available or Work Offline.
