Activate Your Integration
Once you log in to Virtual Contact Center for ServiceNow, you are ready to activate your integration.
To activate Virtual Contact Center for ServiceNow integration:
- In Virtual Contact Center for ServiceNow, click the Settings icon.
- Go to Integrations > ServiceNow.
- Click Connect. The ServiceNow connection permission screen displays.
- Click Allow to enable connection. Your Virtual Contact Center integration is now established with ServiceNow.
- Click X to exit the connection screen and navigate back to the Agent Console main menu. Your Virtual Contact Center for ServiceNow integration is now active.
