Activate Your Integration

Once you log in to Virtual Contact Center for ServiceNow, you are ready to activate your integration.

Important: If you are on Chrome and do not see Virtual Contact Center for ServiceNow, verify whether you have configured Chrome for the integration.

To activate Virtual Contact Center for ServiceNow integration:

  1. In Virtual Contact Center for ServiceNow, click the Settings icon.
  2. Go to Integrations > ServiceNow.
  3. Click Connect. The ServiceNow connection permission screen displays.
  4. Click Allow to enable connection. Your Virtual Contact Center integration is now established with ServiceNow.
  5. Click X to exit the connection screen and navigate back to the Agent Console main menu. Your Virtual Contact Center for ServiceNow integration is now active.
