Access report for Recording Filenames metric

The Recording Filenames metric is available to supervisors in the Interactions Detailed report.

To view this metric:

1. From the menu, go to Detailed Reports.
2. Select Interactions from the list.
3. Click Customize table to edit the report.
   
   
4. In the Search field, search and select Recording Filenames from the list. Click Save.
5. Click Search to update the report.
6. Scroll to the right of the report and locate the Recording Filenames column. Phone interactions configured to display this new metric will show a .wav filename.
