Access report for agent status and status code
As a supervisor, you can filter a report by selecting all available agent metrics in the Agent Status by Status Code report.
To generate a report with these metrics:
- Go to Agent Status.
- Select By Status Code.
- Click Customize to edit the report.

Navigate to the Filters option.
- Click the Status drop-down list to display a list of all agent statuses. Select the agent statuses you would like to display in your report.
- Click the Status codes drop-down list to display a list of all available agent status codes. Select the agent status codes you would like to display in your report.
- Click the Status drop-down list to display a list of all agent statuses. Select the agent statuses you would like to display in your report.
- Click Save to update the report with your selections.
