Manage your call quality
With 8x8 Work for Desktop, you can track connection status and manage the audio quality of your inbound and outbound call.
To monitor call quality connection:
- If the source of the other caller's problem is clear, you can tell the other caller that the call audio quality may be choppy or delayed.
- If you see that your own connection is experiencing a drop in strength, consider closing a few apps to restore better quality of your connection.
Note: A call quality alert pop-up notification appears if the connection quality is bad suggesting to try closing some apps to improve call quality.
