While on a call, you can transfer the call to a 8x8 Work extension or an external telephone number.
- While on a call, tap in the call management controls to transfer the call.
- Select a contact from the following choices:
Option Functionality Company Contact Select a company contact. Device Contact Select a personal contact. Keypad Dial a number and tap Call. Call Log Select a contact from the call log.
- The call is transferred, and you are disconnected from the call.
