8x8 User SCIM Sync Provisioning and SSO Integration

The use of 8x8 Voice for Microsoft Teams service requires that, in addition to appropriate Microsoft licensing and configuration, Teams users must also have corresponding user profiles configured in 8x8 Admin Console.

8x8 Admin Console provides the following optional supporting features:

• 8x8 user profile creation via Azure AD SCIM sync.
• 8x8 user SSO identity management options.
