Manage 8x8 Contact Center

For 8x8 Contact Center customers, Account Manager offers the ability to view Calling Plan options, and set up Disaster Recovery and VCC Agent Login & Direct Dial Rerouting using the Contact Center tab.

Select Contact Center Calling Plans to view your contact center's telephone numbers and the calling plans associated with them.
