Selecting a Default Dial Plan

By default, one of the pre-configured dial plans is selected for your tenant. You cannot edit it unless you have created a custom dial plan and would like to select it for a default plan. To revert to a pre-configured dial plan, select the desired plan and edit it.

To select a default dial plan in the tenant:

  1. Click Home > Dial Plans.
  2. Select a dial plan and click Edit.
  3. Check the dial plan as default.

  4. Click Save.
