Overview of Voicemail Interactions

The information in this section describes the default Voicemail options.

The Agent ConsoleVirtual Contact Center's browser-based graphical user interface (GUI) used by Agents to manage customer interactions. uses the Control panel, Phone tab to offer an agent Voicemail interactions. Unlike Phone interactions, Voicemail interactions cannot be transferred or forwarded.
