Posting and Viewing Notification Messages

Agents can use the Agent ConsoleVirtual Contact Center's browser-based graphical user interface (GUI) used by Agents to manage customer interactions. to send notification messages or notices to one or more agent groups.

All agents in the selected agent group receive the notice. Agents logged in to the Agent Console receive the notice immediately. Agents who are not logged in receive the notice the next time they log in to the Agent Console.
