Configuring Email Options

Your contact center supervisor has configured your AgentAgents use the Agent Console to view and manage customer interactions. Virtual Contact Center supports Regular agents and Supervisor agents. Profile to conform with your contact center's technical requirements and company policy.

Do not change your Agent Console email settings unless directed to by your supervisor.
