Understanding Rich Text Editor

If support for HTML Email is enabled, agents gain access to a rich text editor in the following pages of the Agent ConsoleVirtual Contact Center's browser-based graphical user interface (GUI) used by Agents to manage customer interactions.:

The rich text editor is Unicode compatible and fully localized.
