Summarizing the Menu Elements of Rich Text Editor

The rich text editor on the Virtual Contact CenterA contact center that enables agents to be located in different geographical locations yet managed as if they were located in the same physical location. CRM lets you create or edit cases, and follow-up records with varying indent options, font types, font sizes, font styles, paragraph styles, and lists. The following table lists the name and role of each menu element in the rich text editor:
