Configuring Single Sign on Integration

Setting up Salesforce for Single Sign On integration with 8x8 Virtual Contact Center requires you to:

    Install the integration package

    Configure 8x8 tenant for integration

    Add Salesforce users to use 8x8

    Enable Screen Pop in

    Map the Salesforce User with Agent

    Launch from Salesforce
