Enhanced Email Attachments

In this release, w We have made the following enhancements to the email attachments in Local CRM:

To send an email with attachments:

  1. Accept an incoming email.
  2. Review the email and click Reply.
  3. Select from Reply, Reply All, or Forward options and craft your response.
  4. In the Attachment section:

  5. Select the desired attachments.

    Note: The cumulative size of attachments must not exceed 20 MB.

  6. Click Send.
