Bug Fixes

We have fixed the following bugs in this release:

Bug Summary
VCC-23987 In Agent Console, the mandatory transaction code (TCL) fails to appear when you perform one of the following:
  • A blind or warm transfer to an external number.
  • A blind transfer to an agent.
  • An outbound queue call with TCL enabled while in the post-processing state.
VCC-23824 In Agent Console, calls remain in a forwarded state after an agent transfers the calls to the queues.
VCC-23793 In Agent Console, the supervisor's audio can be heard by all callers during monitoring, and in the call recording.
VCC-23170 Stats API takes a long time to finish with intermittent timeouts.
VCC-23079 When Agent A, who is on an active inbound call on line 1, makes a Direct Agent Routing (DAR) call to Agent B, Agent B's voicemail fails to play the invitation.
VCC-22908 HTTP triggers fail for some tenants.
VCC-22685 Legacy index file fails to be generated when no calls are recorded for the day.
VCC-1681 In Agent Console, Local CRM cases fail to show the date and time of the last activity.
VCC-1539 A message broadcast from Configuration Manager to a specific group fails for tenants that have capital letters in their names.
VCC-1377 For tenants with a large number of chat transactions, the chat history fails to show all chats within a specific time.
VCC-1182 In Agent Console, the email wait time on multiple queues fails to sort correctly.
VCC-1048 Historical stats API shows delay in some of its responses.
