Set up WhatsApp channels: 8x8 integration for Microsoft Dynamics

As an administrator, you can enable communication via social channels for agents using the 8x8 integration for Microsoft Dynamics. To enable support for WhatsApp, you must have a phone number registered with WhatsApp, and set up WhatsApp in 8x8 Configuration Manager.
