Get started with 8x8 Work for Salesforce

After your administrator configures the integration and adds you as a user, you can log in to 8x8 Work for Salesforce.

If Single Sign-On (SSO) is configured, when you open 8x8 Work for Salesforce, you are automatically logged in.

If SSO is not configured, enter your credentials to log in.

To launch the 8x8 Work for Salesforce integration

1. Log in to your Salesforce account.
2. Click the phone icon from the bottom of the screen.
   
3. If SSO is configured, you are logged in automatically.
   If SSO is not configured, add your credentials then click Login.

The 8x8 Work for Salesforce integration is docked in the interface. You can minimize it or open it in a separate window at any time.
