Troubleshooting Virtual Office for CRM

Check out the following troubleshooting items for Virtual Office for CRM:

Inbound calls go straight to voicemail and/or I cannot make outbound calls.

Make sure you are logged in to the 8x8 Work or 8x8 Work for Mobile, or have a working desk phone.

I am unable to use the integration in Microsoft Edge.

In order to use the integration in Microsoft Edge in addition to Chrome, you must enable extensions from other browsers in Edge.

To enable the integration in Microsoft Edge:

  1. Open the Settings and more menu in Edge.
  2. In the menu, go to Extensions > Installed extensions.
  3. In your list of installed extensions, enable 8x8 Virtual Office for Integrations.
