To launch a meeting as a guest:

  1. In your browser, open https://8x8.vc/.
  2. In the 8x8 Video Meetings page that opens, click Start meeting to launch a meeting via a randomized URL.

    Before you start your meeting, you can preview the randomized meeting name or enter a custom name for your meeting; for example, enter <BrainstormSession> to launch a meeting with a full URL of <8x8.vc/brainstormsession>.

    Important: If you enter a custom meeting name instead of using a randomized name, ensure that your meeting name is completely unique.

  3. Once you are in the meeting, simply copy the meeting URL in your browser bar and email or message it to the desired participants!
