Before you begin
- Install the 8x8 Contact Center integration.
- Gather the login credentials of your HubSpot account.
- Gather the login credentials of your 8x8 8x8 Contact Center agent account.
- Gather the online 8x8 Contact Center domain your organization uses.
- Gather the Client ID of 8x8 Contact Center for HubSpot from your admin.
- Ensure you have access to Service, Contacts, and Marketing.
- Under Marketing, the minimum requirements include turning on Lists.
