We have introduced the following enhancements and changes in 8x8 Virtual Contact Center for Salesforce:

  • Integration with Salesforce Lightning: Experience all the capabilities of Virtual Contact Center for Salesforce in the new Salesforce Lightning experience.

    Note: The Salesforce Lightning experience has some browser limitations. This may impact your use of the Virtual Contact Center for Salesforce Lightning integration. For details, see the 8x8 article on browser limitations with Lightning.

  • Call log notes during an active call: You can now take important notes of your discussion while the call is still active; you don't have to wait until a call ends to take notes.
