1. Click from the bottom toolbar.
   OR
   Select Virtual Office >Settings from the L'application de bureau Virtual Office menu.
2. Go to My Services.
3. Scroll to Internet Fax.
4. Click to select a fax phone number. This enables Internet Fax on your Virtual Office Pro service:
   • In version 4.6: Click Assign Fax Phone Number.
     
   • In version 4.5: Click Pick Fax Phone Number.
   
5. A dialog box opens prompting you to select your geographic location, area code, and an available fax number. Make your selection, and click Finish.
6. When you send or receive a fax, you can opt to receive an email notification automatically via the email address saved in your profile. Your email address is populated automatically if you have saved it in your profile.

   Note: You can add up to five additional email addresses to receive fax notifications.

7. To change your email notification settings, click to open the drop-down menu. Select one of the following options:
   

Option	Functionality
Disable Notification	You do not receive any email notification upon receiving a fax.
Notification Only	You receive an email notification without any link or attachment of the fax received.
Link Only	You receive an email with a link to the Virtual Office login page. You can log in to your Virtual Office account and access the fax message.
Attachment Only	This is the default option. You will receive an email with a PDF attachment of the fax.
Attachment and Link Only	You receive an email with an attachment of the fax and a link to the Virtual Office login page.

8. Click Save.

If you subscribe to multiple fax numbers, you can specify which number appears on your outgoing fax.

   Select Virtual Office >Settings from the L'application de bureau Virtual Office menu.
2. Go to My Services.
3. Under Internet Fax, click Disabled. A drop-down menu appears.
   
4. In the drop-down, select the number you would like to use.
   • A US local fax number comes with your Virtual Office Pro service. If your system administrator has not selected a fax phone number for you, you can select the phone number during your initial login to the L'application de bureau Virtual Office.
   • Selecting this feature allows you to separate your voice calls from your Internet faxes.

3. In the Internet Fax section, click your fax number. A drop-down menu appears.
   
4. Select Disabled.
5. Click Save.
   This turns off your Internet fax until you enable it again.
