Overview: 8x8 Cost Center

With 8x8 Cost Centers, you can manage the billing needs of your phone system effectively. Whether you want a single consolidated monthly bill for all your offices, review the phone system cost for each office, or create a custom bill, you can do it all via 8x8 Cost Centers. A Cost Center allows you to keep track of expenses for each department, site, or location. For example, if your company has offices in multiple geographic locations, you can create a Cost Center for each site and track the expenses individually.


Select Billing Options

Whether your company operates out of a single location or multiple locations, 8x8 offers multiple billing options to choose from. You can choose to receive:

Access the 8x8 Billing Portal

  1. Go to
  2. Enter your login credentials and click Login. The application panel launches.
  3. Click My 8x8. Your 8x8 billing portal launches.
  4. From the top navigation menu, choose Billing > Billing Options.
  5. From the available billing options, select your preferred billing mode and save your settings.
