Access Call Recordings

To access call recordings:

  1. From the navigation menu, open the History tab.
  2. Click the drop-down menu by the search box.
  3. Select Call Recordings.
    Scroll through the list of recordings.
  4. Click to listen to a recording.

To delete call recordings:

  1. From the navigation menu, open the History tab.
  2. Click the drop-down menu by the search box.
  3. Select Call Recordings.
  4. Select recordings individually, or select the check box from the selection menu at the top of the panel.
  5. Click Delete to delete the selected recordings.
