You can access your voicemail by logging in to your Virtual Office extension, through email notifications remotely using the voicemail management page, or by using a desk phone.
Note: You can control the message volume, call or send a message to the sender, or download, forward, or delete the message by using the respective icons on the user interface.
Based on your voicemail notification settings, you may receive a notification, a notification with an audio attachment, or a link to the voicemail management page. Whether from a single extension, multiple extensions, ring groups, or call queues, you can track all of your voicemail from the voicemail management page.

You can access your voicemail using your extension or another extension in the same PBX, or change your voicemail greeting via desk phone.
