Add Contacts to Favorites

You can add contacts to Favorites from any Company or Device contact listed in the Virtual Office online app by searching for contacts, or from the contact list. If there are contacts you frequently communicate with, adding them to your favorites lets you access those contacts quickly.

To add a contact to Favorites:

  1. In the Virtual Office online app, click next to the desired contact in the Contacts list.
    The contact card pops up with the contact's details.
  2. In the contact card, click to mark the contact as a favorite.
    You can now access the contact quickly by selecting Favorites under the Contacts tab.
