By default, notifications for incoming chats, faxes, voicemails, and missed calls are enabled in the Virtual Office desktop app. You can enable, disable, and fine-tune your notification preferences as needed.
To set up notifications:
|Allow notifications||Notifications for all communications except for incoming calls|
|Messages||Notifications for IM and SMS chat messages, faxes, and voicemails|
|Missed calls||Notifications for incoming calls that timed out and went to voicemail, or were hung up before being answered|
