Schedule Meetings

Creating a Virtual Office meeting is quick and simple. You can set up a meeting via the Virtual Office desktop app, Google Calendar, or Outlook calendar. You may choose to start a meeting immediately or schedule one for later, and choose to make it a one-time meeting or a recurring one. Once you have scheduled a meeting, you can go back to edit the meeting settings at any time.

Edit Scheduled Meetings

After you schedule a Virtual Office meeting, you can go back to edit the time, participants, and settings of the meeting as needed.

  1. From the navigation menu, open the Meetings tab.
  2. Find the meeting to edit from the list of meetings under the calendar.
  3. Click the name of the meeting you want to edit.
    The Edit Meeting window pops up. You can edit the standard and advanced settings of the meeting.
  4. After making your changes, click Save.
  5. At the prompt, select whether to notify meeting participants of the changes.
