View Call Information

The Virtual Office Softphone allows you to view your caller ID, or the other party’s caller ID, if available. You can also view the status of your call.

To access your call information:

  1. From the navigation menu, open the Phone tab.
  2. While on a call, select Active. You can see the caller's name, and the status and duration of the call.
    You can also see push notifications above the tabs indicating new calls or voicemail.

Under the Status column under Active, you can see the following call statuses:

Status Description
Dialing You are calling the other party.
Ringing The other party is calling you.
Connected You are connected with the other party.
On Hold You have placed the other party on hold. The other party still sees Connected, and hears hold music.
