Manage Contacts

Under Settings > Contacts, you can access your 8x8 phone system Company Contacts (contacts who are 8x8 phone system users) and synchronize with your contacts from Microsoft Exchange/Office 365, Outlook, Google, and Skype for Business.

Virtual Office Contacts

Use Virtual Office Contacts to display your company and personal contacts. Your company contacts are automatically available to you. Your personal contacts are those you have created using the Virtual Office desktop app. By default, you can access your personal contacts from the Contacts tab. You can choose to display or hide them in Settings.

Sort Contacts by Presence

You can sort your contact lists by presence, and by first or last name. Contacts from Virtual Office are sorted automatically in the following order of presence:
