Add Meeting Participants

Virtual Office allows you not only to invite participants to a scheduled meeting, but to a meeting in progress; for example, if someone was initially left out of a meeting or has become relevant to the meeting after it started, the new participant may still be added without having to create a new meeting from scratch. Participants may be invited mid-meeting via IM, phone, or email.

By default, hosts as well as participants can invite people to a meeting. Hosts, however, can prevent participants from inviting others by going to the meeting's Advanced Settings. The maximum number of participants you can invite differs based on your company's subscription.

If you want to get back to a participant without a Virtual Office ID, you can hover over the participant's name to view and note down the Direct Inward Dialing (DID) phone number associated with the participant. This feature is available to hosts only.

Hosts and, if enabled, participants, can invite new participants from the Participants tab.
