The Virtual Office for Zendesk interface consists of a navigation menu with the following menu items:

Phone : Access your dialpad, view your active calls, and take notes to log calls.
Call Log : Access all historic inbound and outbound calls to the extension. You can also view a list of unworked calls that you have not yet logged, and clear the list once you have created the relevant logs.
Contacts : Access contacts from Zendesk and the 8x8 Virtual Office contact directory.
Menu: Click to access the following options:
- Settings: Customize your app settings.
- About: View details on your user extension and the app.
- Report a problem: Send feedback on an issue or suggest an improvement.
- Help: Access the web help for the app.
- Logout: Log out of the app.
