Add New Contacts

On receiving a call from an unknown contact, the app allows you to create a contact.

To create new contacts:

  1. Upon an incoming call from an unknown number, click Create New from the Assign sub-tab of the call control panel.
  2. At the prompt, select Contact to open a new contact form in Zendesk.
  3. Enter the desired details, and save to add to the contacts list.
