Log in to Virtual Office for NetSuite
From the custom portlet you have set up, you can log in to Virtual Office for NetSuite at any time.
To log in to Virtual Office for NetSuite:
- Log in to NetSuite.
- From your dashboard, find the custom portlet for 8x8 Virtual Office.
- In the portlet box, click Click here to open 8x8 Virtual Office to launch the app in a separate browser window.
- Position the two windows right next to each other for convenient handling of calls.
- At the prompt, enter your Virtual Office extension credentials to log in to the app.
Note: When you are on a call in Virtual Office for NetSuite, your status in the 8x8 Work and 8x8 Work for Mobile changes to indicate that you are busy on a call.
